Mixed-use, residential and commercial new-build development - Camden, London.

This 8 storey building comprises 36 apartments with communal amenity spaces, communal roof terraces and around 2,000 sq.m of co-working office space.
Working within an existing planning consented scheme designed by Chassay+Last Architects we were hired to help reconfigure and optimise the design of the interior apartments and create new high-quality communal amenity facilities for the residents. As part of our design input we created an entire penthouse level of communal well being spaces comprising social, relaxation and gym facilities, as well as a series of communal roof terraces at various floor levels. We also helped to enhance the overall facade design of the building and select the final facade materials before providing holistic architectural design consultancy throughout the construction process through to practical completion.
